Cindy Romig, Office Manager and Coordinator, has been with R.J. Fried & Associates since 1985. She has an expertise in working with Mortgage Companies, Banks, Lenders, etc., and has a working knowledge of the forms and paperwork involved in getting your appraisal completed. We use state approved "NOVA -Day One Software", and e-mail, or fax our appraisals as soon as they are completed. Since we are completely computerized we are able to keep our fees low.
