About Our Company

Established in 1962, R.J. Fried & Associates has been serving Central Pennsylvania and the Greater Harrisburg area for 43 years.  Over the past 43 years, our firm has serviced area lending institutions, lawyers, large corporations and private individuals in an accurate and timely manner.  We are an appraisal only company.

R.J. Fried & Associates is located at 2323 Patton Road in Harrisburg.  We are a full service real estate appraisal company that appraises all types of real estate, including residential, commercial, farms, industrial, land and subdivisions.  All appraisers are PA State Certified whom resided within the counties we serve.  Our goal is to provide the best service to you our customers.

Turnaround Time

We make every effort to contact the client or property owner within 24 hours of receipt of the order.  We can provide the complete report by mail, fax or e-mail as soon as it is completed.

Fees

Our fees are reasonable.  Call or e-mail for a description of reports and appraisals available for your property and the cost of each.  We will help you to determine which appraisal will best suit your needs.
